Notification of acceptance

Authors were notified in mid March 2014 whether or not their abstracts had been selected for inclusion in the conference program. Successful authors were also notified whether their abstract had been accepted for oral or poster presentation.

Full papers

We invited participants to submit a more detailed paper on their work but only received a couple. Therefore there won’t be a conference proceedings document, though we will gather together submitted abstracts and provide these to conference participants on USB drives on the first day of the conference.

What about posters?

If you have been invited to present a poster at the conference, please bring the poster with you (we cannot accept them by mail). Your poster should be A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) and use portrait (not landscape) orientation.
