Stefanie Feih, Griffith University

Professor Stefanie Feih received her PhD from the University of Cambridge, a Masters Degree from Cornell University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from TU Darmstadt. She currently leads the Advanced Design and Prototyping Technologies (ADaPT) Institute at Griffith University.

Stefanie has spent more than 25 years specialising in the design and optimisation of lightweight structures and is passionate about developing engineering solutions to drive sustainability. She is listed as one of the world’s top 2% most-cited scientists in Materials (Stanford rankings as of 2021) and serves as an appointed Editor for Composites Part B and an elected member of the Executive Council of the International Committee on Composite Materials.
