Richard Smith, AMCOR

Richard Smith is the Director of Sustainability for Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific, based in Melbourne with responsibility for Amcor’s sustainability agenda across Australia New Zealand, China, India and South-East Asia.

Richard is a Chemical Engineer and has worked in the packaging industry for over 30 years, focused heavily on innovation and sustainability, enabling customers to become more circular through responsible packaging solutions.

Richard is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Packaging, he is a non-executive Director of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) and a member of Chemistry Australia Plastics Council.
