Phoebe Lewis, EPA Victoria
Dr Phoebe Lewis is a Senior Scientist at the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria and is a passionate and driven environmental chemist, specialising in the study of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and emerging contaminants including flame retardants and chemicals affiliated with plastic. Currently, Phoebe’s research is focussed on PFAS, phthalates and mixtures of emerging contaminants within Australian terrestrial and marine ecosystems, and how knowledge of these chemicals can aid the development of comprehensive risk assessments.
