Geoff has a degree in Economics from ANU and is an Adjuct Professor of Design at the University of Canberra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He founded Talon Technology in 1986 a company that specialises in the development of consumer products in carbon fibre and advanced composites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He invented the first carbon fibre hockey stick and the first carbon fibre caf\u00e9 chair, taking Talon Hockey to number 3 in the world market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has considerable experience in Asia having set up three greenfield manufacturing and R&D facilities, he has worked in Malaysia , Thailand, China , Taiwan and Myanmar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Geoff has a first hand experience of the scale of the plastic waste in the Asia \/ Pacific area and 3 years ago started the LPM project to look at how he could employ a very unique skill set to this complex problem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
