Rather than a formal presentation, this session followed an open discussion format for active participation and knowledge sharing across the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The session fostered rich dialogue around post-extrusion handling, shaping, cooling, cutting, and more \u2013 highlighting real-world challenges and strategies for scaling up alternative protein
