Abstract submissions closed on 21 February 2014. All abstracts received were considered by the scientific committee, and feedback has been provided to everyone who expressed interest in presenting at the conference.

Review

Abstracts were reviewed with reference to a clear and concise account of the purpose, findings, anticipated results and other information relating to the topic.  Abstracts have been selected for presentation based on their scientific, technical and/or policy merit, the currency of the topic and its relevance to the focus of the conference. Abstracts received after the 21 February 2014 deadline may not be accepted.

Notification of acceptance

Authors were notified in mid March 2014 whether or not their abstracts had been selected for inclusion in the conference program. Successful authors were also notified whether their abstract had been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
