Claire Mason
Dr Claire Mason leads the Technology and Work team and the Skills project within the Collaborative Intelligence Future Science Platform. Our multidisciplinary research investigates the workforce impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in particular, what skills future workers will need to harness collaborative AI tools.
Her PhD research was completed at the University of Queensland and she went on to complete a postdoctoral research fellowship at Queensland University of Technology. She has also worked at Accenture and in the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital’s Corporate Development unit.
Claire’s research has been covered by mainstream media outlets such as the ABC’s 7:30 Report, The Australian, The Financial Review and The Conversation and published in scientific journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Nature Human Behavior, PLOS One, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and Small Group Research.
