Posters
Submit poster as an abstract. Top 10 will be selected to do a 3 minute pitch at the conference.
The standard poster size is usually A0, please use your own or the template of your organisation.
Prizes:
- 1st = $300
- 2nd = $200
- 3rd = $100 Voucher
Videos
Use MP4 files only, 3 minutes only
Thematic Areas for the videos:
- How do you see your research being adopted by industry.
- What will be on the food supermarket shelf in 10 years?
- How do you see AI helping the food industry, now and in the future?
- How can food structure impact on the gut microbiome to promote health?

Competition Deadline
Please submit PDF posters by COB Friday 31st October 2025 via email FSDH2025@csiro.au
