Mr Colin Barker, Australian Industrial Ecology Network

Colin has a Bachelor Engineering (Chemical) Honours and Diploma Engineering (Chemical) and over 40 years’ experience as a Process Engineer and Operations Manager in industries such as iron and steel, chemicals, plastics and water treatment. He has extensive experience in large and small-scale project management, including responsibility for commercial viability, process design, regulatory compliance, construction and commissioning. Colin is currently serving as a Director and Chair of the Australian Industrial Ecology Network; an affiliation enjoyed since the organisation’s inception in 2008; an Executive Director of PlasTech Recycling Pty Ltd; a Director of Starglass/LCRT Pty Ltd and a Director of Saffron Aid.
