Facet Amtech
The University of Newcastle, NSW
For the last 100 years, ammonia production has relied upon burning hundreds of millions of tons of natural gas per year, contributing significantly to global warming. Facet Amtech is developing their proprietary technology to lead the transition towards low-cost, clean ammonia production. Their breakthrough boosts energy efficiency and reduces or eliminates the need for carbon-intensive natural gas feedstock, slashing environmental impact.
Changing the way we think about producing ammonia is critical to enabling clean fertilisers, clean fuels, and clean energy. Facet Amtech is primed to shake up this space and become a major player in the global decarbonisation revolution.
