Dr George Feast

Dr George Feast is the Deputy Director of the CSIRO SME Connect team and is based in Melbourne.

George currently leads delivery of the CSIRO SME Collaboration Initiative which aims to double the number of SMEs that engage with publicly-funded research, by increasing facilitation and reducing the barriers for interactions with universities and CSIRO.

This work includes building relationships with federal and state-government stakeholders, undertaking research into the Australian ecosystem, and overseeing several SME Connect programs that help facilitate, train and co-fund industry-research collaborations: CSIRO Kick-Start, Innovate to Grow and Generation STEM Links.
