Hugo LeMessurier

Hugo is an experienced entrepreneurial business leader with a proven track record of implementing complex business solutions in multinational and SME businesses within an international environment.

For over a 30 years Hugo has held directorships and senior management positions in start up, listed and multinational organisations in the USA, EU and Australia. He has founded, sold and listed companies in healthcare, food, service and consulting industries.

Hugo has worked with SMEs, research organisations, government organisations and multinational companies in a diverse range of industries and technologies including automotive, manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, information technology, agriculture, mining, simulation, food and beverage, building, electronics, energy, learning, care services, finance, logistics and environment.

Hugo was a case manager for the Accelerating Commercialisation and COMET grant programs supporting Australian innovators and facilitated industry training courses for the SA, VIC and NSW departments of innovation. He is an active start-up mentor, coach and angel investor supporting accelerators including CSIRO’s ON program and has evaluated over 450+ businesses and mentored over 80+ on business planning, strategy and investment readiness.
