Extrusion Community of Practice Launch
We were pleased to kick off the 2023 Extrusion Community of Practice with our first session focused on emerging innovations in high moisture extrusion.
To open the year, we welcomed Dr Christian Kern from Bühler Group, who shared insights into their Aeration Technology designed to enhance high moisture extrusion cooking. His presentation highlighted key advancements in process design and product structuring, with practical implications for both food and feed applications.
