The Extrusion Community of Practice is a collaborative initiative hosted by the CSIRO Food Program and supported by the Australian Food Engineers Association (AFEA).
Throughout these sessions, our Community hosts monthly presentations from domestic and international guest speakers to share the latest advances, opportunities and challenges associated with food & feed extrusion, followed by robust discussions.
