For our March session, we revisited a recent AIFST webinar co-presented by Jordan Pennells and Kai Knoerzer on the topic of “AI in the Food Industry.” The session featured a recorded webinar replay exploring the role of artificial intelligence in food manufacturing, followed by a group discussion on how these technologies may impact extrusion and related processes.
